Soooooooooooooooo.....whats new with me apart from the fact that I need to go to the bathroom? and that I have baby Axolotls out the Wazoo? Well we are getting our roof replaced and for those of you like me who spent too much time on the computer as a child, the scaffolding and convayor belts around our house remind me distinctly of the game 'lemmings'. I'm just waiting for the sound of that satisfying 'EEEK!'
I've decided to LJ more often and try and use it as an outlet for artistic expression. If only I had something artistic to express. How about another crappy poem? It's about Harry Potter but there are no spoilers:

I decided to combine science and art with this amazing masterpeice:
I know, It's great! I should be a graphic designer or one of those people who designs mugs for Ikea or something.
So... what have I been up to...um. I collected some urchins and started a new larvae culture and now i've lost my social life again. Ah I like... schnapps. My current favorite colour is pale pink. What else... yesterday I found a bug squished in the letterbox. Some ants were eating it. The sunroof on my dogs back is starting to grow a combover and I haven't had a shower for 3 days.
Tomorrow I'm going water collecting which is good cos i get to go outside! Hopefully the two guys from Costa rica will come and help. Anyaway i will try to make the next entry more deep and meaningful.

Hey there all! I thought it was about time I started updating this here bloggy thing on a regular basis. so whats been up with me? Well first I'd like to share with you this pic of my ultimate dream office:
and secondly share some pics of some great nik-naks i found at Bare Island when i was snorkelling for sea urchins:
I also saw an ocotpus that day which was cool. Now I'm wondering how that crucifix came to be in the ocean, but we will never know!It has initials at the top that say IN and RI, which is probably latin for something or other.
And finally I thought I'd show off my fishtank which is looking pretty good at the moment:
It has 3 angelfish and a whole ton of guppies. At the moment I'm totally obsessed with petfishtalk.com which has a podcast about keeping fish, since I can't get hold of tropical fish hobbyist magazine it gives me my fishfix for the week.
In other news:
-Our phones have not been working for the last few days.
-My Urchins still refuse to spawn.(I cut one open alive, ewwww!)
-I applied for a credit card a few days ago, and last time i checked
-The world is still run by wankers.
Well thats it from me for now, I promise to update more often!

Wow dude, I am like totally bored. I'm planning on having a harry potter marathon sometime soon, with games and themed food, decorations and clothes. If anyone has anyideas for the above i'd love to hear them. i'm thinking of getting some dry ice to put in a couldron :P i can get some dry ice, but a couldron... |

I caught the train home today round 8 and not only was the train disgustingly disgusting, but some bogan threw a rock off an overpass (at least i guess thats what happened) and smashed the outer window right next to where I was sitting. Lucky tangaras have inner and outer windows or i would probably be dead or have serious head injuries. I manged to get away with mild hearing loss in my right ear, woot.
DEATH TO ALL DELINQUENTS.
